Mental health for peace and development

Health is the most precious asset for the life of people and organizations. A significant part of the working-age population is afflicted with mental health problems, making this matter of particular interest to international organizations and governments in advanced societies. It was caused mainly by insufficient psychosocial prevention in a neoliberal development model that generates inequalities, worsening working conditions and severe environmental damage. The session will establish a debate with experts in the field to create healthy and resilient organizations in which the Care and Prevention of this type of damage are paramount. All this is for making people feel valuable and respected, get involved in the business project and find meaning in their actions to grow and develop, generating prosperity.
