PhD in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He is the inventor of several patents. He has written dozens of scientific and popular articles and opinions. He is the author of more than two hundred construction projects. He has carried out numerous research projects and has generated dozens of computer programs. In 2003 he sold the start-up to Prefabricaciones y Contratas, S.A. (Cementos Molins Group) and became technical director and member of the management committee. In 2007 he joined the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC Barcelona) as Vice-Rector for Academic Planning and Teaching Staff. Full Member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors.
