Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona (1992), Graduate in Political Science and Sociology from the National University of Distance Education (1995), Doctor in Law (with distinction “Cum Laude) from the University of Barcelona (2002), Master in Security, Peace and Defense from the General Gutiérrez Mellado University Institute (2002), University Professor in the area of Public International Law and International Relations at the Rovira i Virgili University, of which he is also an active researcher in the lines of International Protection of ethnic, national, linguistic and religious minorities and international environmental protection.
