Graduate in Business Studies, Graduate and Doctor in Law, Professor at the University of Barcelona since 1982, University and College Professor of Financial and Tax Law. He has published twenty-eight books in his speciality and also in other disciplines, as well as more than fifty articles in scientific journals, in addition to two hundred articles on historical, philosophical and political issues. Director of the UB-based inter-university research group Seminario de Derecho Tributario Empresarial (since 2008), of which he was deputy director between 1993 and 2008.
